Returns Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned.
Non-Refundable Items
Items that have been custom-made or personalized for you are non-refundable unless they are defective. Please ensure that you confirm all details before making a purchase.
Process for Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us via email at the address provided on our website. We will then provide you with the return address. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within seven business days.
Shipping Costs
When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (except for faulty items), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will require the item to be returned in its original packaging to process a refund or replacement.
